Thai House Ghana

Thai House is off the boundary road in East legon. The turn is right opposite the Riveira apartments. The place is filled with plants. This gives it a very beautiful green appeal. The plants are for sale so if you pass by, pick one. Thai massage is also one of their services. I however went there to eat. We called to order so the food will be ready by the time we arrived. It was exactly so. We enjoyed the meal very much. Tasty food. We loved their ice tea also. Very unique and tasty. We took some home because it was irresistible. Good place to enjoy Thai food. Very affordable also. I highly recommend the place. We actually went back the next week and added a few more dishes. There is this nice butterfly pea tea on the house, don't forget to request it.

My favorite Thai restaurant in Accra. It’s the most authentic Thai food you can get in Accra, possibly Ghana. They’ve been around for sometime and the food is consistently delicious!

The food was delicious with generous portion sizes. Very good value for money. The service was a bit slow though.

My friend convinced me to try Thai food, so last month we visited Thai House in East Legon. The space is filled with lush greenery, making it perfect for those who appreciate an outdoorsy, nature-inspired aesthetic. The abundance of plants creates a serene and relaxing atmosphere that enhances the dining experience. One delightful aspect of Thai House is that all their teas are complimentary. My friend and I decided to try the blue flower tea. The menu highlighted several health benefits of this tea, such as its ability to fight free radicals, reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke, among others. We were also given limes to add to the tea, which added a refreshing twist. As someone who isn't particularly fond of tea, I found the blue flower tea to be average and would rate it a 5/10. However, my friend, who is a big tea enthusiast, thoroughly enjoyed it and rated it a 7.5/10. When it came to the food, I decided to try the chicken Pad Thai noodles. This dish consists of stir-fried rice noodles with a tangy sour sauce, eggs, cabbage, spring onions, and tofu, served with lime, chili powder, and peanuts on the side. The portion size was generous, and my friend and I were both satisfied. I particularly enjoyed the balance of flavors, especially the addition of lime, which enhanced the overall taste. I would give this dish an 8/10. The only minor drawback was that the peanuts became a bit overwhelming after a while, but since they were served on the side, it was easy to set them aside. My friend opted for the seafood Tom Yum soup, which is a spicy and sour soup featuring mushrooms, lemongrass, onions, kaffir lime leaves, and a mix of seafood. This dish also came in a large portion, and we found ourselves struggling to finish it. The soup was packed with flavorful spices and had a perfect balance of heat. I enjoyed it and would also rate it an 8/10. For anyone looking to try Thai food, I highly recommend Thai House for its excellent service, appealing aesthetics, delicious food, and generous portions. I’ll definitely be back to try more options.

I had a late massage appointment so unfortunately I didn't get a chance to eat here, but I had a Thai massage for the 1st time and it was great!

Listen! They offer great thai food, which is not too expensive. The portions are large and so you don't need to order much for group outings. I will recommend them over and over!
